By placing an order and\or making payment on FridayResume.com (the Company), you (the Customer) agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the following statements, discontinue using services offered by the Company and leave the site. You acknowledge that you are of legal age to purchase services the Company provides.
By submitting an order/payment, you acknowledge full understanding of these Terms of Conditions and agree to be legally bound by this agreement between you and the Company.
By submitting an order and/or a payment on FridayResume.com, you acknowledge that the services and products provided by our Company are for your personal use only.
You acknowledge that any product provided by our Company is based on the information you provide and you are solely responsible for the accuracy of such information.
Privacy and Confidentiality
You agree not to provide any information that is harassing, damaging, threatening or otherwise unlawful.
Limitation of Liability
The products provided by our Company should not be relied upon or used as a sole factor determining the successfulness of your application for employment, entering an educational institution, transfer to organization of any kind, etc.
In no case our Company shall be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by including but not limited to information inaccuracy, information loss, incorrect use of products and data, unsuccessful interviews, lost opportunities.
On no account our Company shall be liable for the delay or failure in delivery of our products and services caused by circumstances, events which are beyond our control, including but not limited to incorrect email address provided by you, incorrect phone number or any other personal information that is required for successful order completion, internet failures and failures of equipment, natural phenomena etc.
All products and services are provided by the Company with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied.
The Company does not warrant the accuracy or comprehensiveness of any information presented on the website, any advice or opinion expressed in the website content or by any of the representatives of the Company. Reliance on such statements, information, opinions, etc. is solely your responsibility; and the Company shall not be liable for damages caused by your reliance on such information.
Deadline and late delivery
The Company guarantees to deliver the product ordered by Customer on time or no later than within 12 hours after the deadline given that the Customer provides instructions and information required for order completion no later than within 2 hours after the moment the payment for an order is received by the Company.
The Customer has a right to request for amendments of the product made free of charge within 7 days after the moment of order completion.
The instructions for amendments should not contradict the initial instructions for the order. Free amendments may imply only slight changes of the content of the product and exclude heavy corrections and expanded writing.
Free amendments period is only available for the orders for Writing as type of service. The Company does not provide amendments of the product made free of charge after the order completion for the orders for Editing and Review service.
The Customer has a right to claim a refund in following cases:
- In case of product non-delivery due to Company’s failure. If non-delivery is a result of Customer’s failure to provide full amount of payment for the order or/and information of any kind that and/or instruction which is crucial for order completion, claims about refund are denied.
- In case of late delivery: if the product was delivered later than within 12 hours after the deadline due to Company’s failure. If late delivery is a result of Customer’s failure to provide full amount of payment for the order or/and information of any kind that and/or instruction which is crucial for order completion, claims about refund are denied.
- In case of payment inaccuracy (if the Customer pays for 2 or more identical orders when only 1 order is required to be completed and/or in case of doubled billed orders). The Customer should inform the Administrator about the issue and request for a refund within 12 hours after the moment of payment. Otherwise, the money is kept as a deposit for future orders of the Customer.
- If the Customer informs the Company that product delivery is no longer required provided that more than 50% of time before the deadline is left.
The amount of a refund is determined by the Company and is based upon the specific conditions and requirements for a particular order.
